The engine block was leaking water into the oil. Penn insisted on a tear down that cost $700.00.The mechanic told them to send a adjuster and he could show him where the problem was.Using a boorascop ,but they refused so we did a tear down .Penn came to look at it and said there was no proof where the problem originated from .The mechanic told the adjuster if you would have come when I asked you before the tear Down he could have showed him .Well long story short I had to pay $ 7,100.00 to get it repaired.They did not pay one penny plus,it took them two months to even look at it. I had to rent a car to drive and on top of that they had the balls to call me two months later to renew the warranty if you see any positive comments for penn they are out and out lies. User's recommendation: Do not do business with them if you do have a good lawyer on retainer.
