Engine Damage

I took our 2008 Toyota Tacoma to our local Valvoline Instant oil Change on Garnet Ave in San Diego (92109) this past Wednesday (9/9/2020) & had a full synthetic oil change service done . When I arrived I had no issues whatsoever w my vehicle , no lights warning lights...
