My game time changed and I didn't see the one email they sent me to notify me of the change, so I got to the game 2 hours late and disappointed four kids who had never been to a baseball game before and were so excited. I tried to get some money back (or other tickets) from StubHub but was on hold twice for over an hour then cut off. They gave me nothing. User's recommendation: Don't use StubHub... buy directly from team box office.
