From world class customer service to no class. They completed the first phase of a company turn around in March 2016, closed their customer service center...but left all the disconnected phone numbers on their site. All disconnected. You can't email and send a note all you can do is click a refund link and it must fit one of the drop down menu items. There is zero ability to talk, email, chat or discuss anything. The help page is pathetic beyond description. What a horrible fall from grace for a previously wonderful company.
