Encompass charged my credit card after I had already paid the annual insurance. Encompass refused to refund the additional $166 that they had overcharged me with. I ended up cancelling Encompass after several months. Encompass refused to refund me for the period they did not provide coverage for, although the policy was cancelled. Encompass still owes me several hundreds dollars they had taken from me via credit card without my consent.
