December last year I purchased a Citizen watch from these thief's. I received and empty box, NO WATCH inside, just an empty case. I opened a case with Ebay and was promptly closed. Seller stating they have proof that Item was delivered. They could not offer me any proof that the watch was actually inside the box when they sent the shipment out. The fact that the package was EMPTY does not worry them. I see on the negative comments, many other people experiencing the same kind of service. I see they also send refurd watches and sell them as new. These guys should be shut down or taking of Ebay completely. I tried to negotiate with them privately, but I am getting nowhere. I even offered to purchase a replacement. I was told that they do have stock. When I tried to order the replacement, they no longer have stock. These guys are thugs and should not trade and rip off customers like this.
