I have been trying to look at boats and motors at the pyramid in Memphis I had a hard time getting any help inside the store and when I did I tried to send me to other businesses to buy things and then when I called for a week and no one answered when they did they lied about everything they said. Very disturbing to deal with them. I called Springfield and customer service lied about everything with no help. User's recommendation: Bass pro shop is better than this. The management and employees are ruining the business.
