I pay my bill monthly via check, delivered by hand to the employees at US Cellular in Lake Mills, WI , they called in my check number with the wrong number and I had do go through hoola hoops to undue their unforgivable mistake. I made a complaint to the corporation and suddenly....I have no data useage on my phone. HMMMMMM . I will be changing providers as soon as Monday. My advise is to not do business with this company. This company is no better than the people they employee. Bad customer service. I think they need to understand that consumers are their bread and butter and that hiring inept employees that access to my private data is unacceptable. I will be contacting the Attornery General of the State of Wisconsin regarding this claim.
