Apparently I made a principal payment in October and some Key bank employee took upon they own to not put it into principal but to just use it as a checking account to pay the next few months payments. This causes our loan interest to stay higher because it is compounded daily on the total principal. So two months go by before I'm notified and nothing will be done because it's in the Banks favor. I sure that NYS Attorney General needs to review their books. Oh Ya a supervisor will call you back in 48 hours but guess what she/he wouldn't have an answer because they really don't want to answer you. User's recommendation: Not to use Key Bank.
