Employee tried to hustle me

The address the employee went to was wrong even though I specifically put in the notes my location since the app prevented me from providing the accurate location. The guy calls me saying that I have to put in another request to get the service. I called Chrysler road service and told them the situation. They cancelled the original contract and reissued it to another tow service company. After this happened the guy from on point assistance showed up saying that he can unlock my car (ultimately because he realized the contract was cancelled, and he wasn't going to get paid) and to call Chrysler to cancel the second contract and assign the purchase order back to On Point Assistance LLC. Either that or he told me I can pay him and I'll get reimbursed. I said that won't be possible. Only later did I realize that the guy from On Point Assistance was trying to hustle me. He was trying to get paid twice by getting another request when all he had to do was to initially come to where my vehicle was to unlock it. I never met anyone so conniving like that in my life. Dude is far from trying to make an honest living. Because of his dishonesty, I had to wait more than three hours to get assistance. Thanks On Point Assistance LLC for hiring a *** bag like that dude. This happened in Orange,CT for reference.
