Where do I start: -Lack of effective training at employee hire and overall on-boarding. -Poor management handling to employee concerns. -Dismissive reaction and laclk of respnses to employee concerns. -Poor management communication skills towards employees. -No management adherence to mission statement. -Lack of transparency. This is feedback from personal experience, my opinion may not be reflective of all management. User's recommendation: Explore your other options prior to deciding and know who will be your account manager.
