My husband was a customer service manager who was on a register helping out when she told this women her children who were playing with another register and microphone that "ma'am, we can't have that. She screamed and belittled my husband and was cursing him out literally and told him she can handle her own kids. She then asked for the store manger and the assistant store manager apologized to this woman even when ane repeated back what she told my husband. Who does that? This manager didn't have my husband's back while she berated him. Never in my life have i ever seen such a disgrace. This manager was a coward. Even the other employees and dept managers knew my husband was in the right.
