Employee stole my money. Very rude and caught attitude with me raising voice and very aggressive and unprofessional while I maintained a calm respectful attitude,wouldn’t refer me to anyone to resolve

I made a debit card transaction with a $13 purchase and $20 cashback. I was told by the employee that it was declined, but in actuality it was approved and completed. The employees were very aggressive and raised their voices with me.
