On Tuesday, Oct 27 around 8:30 pm I visited one of my favorite places Huddle-house for some late night breakfast. Walking inside I was never greeted and I seated myself. A Caucasian woman who was the only waiter there overlooked me and went to another customer who came in after I did. After 10 minutes she finally came over and never formally introduced herself but just rudely ask for my order. My order was incorrect I ordered a medium well steak and it came to me rare. Everyone else was served and she continuously checked on them making sure they were ok but not once did she come back to me to ask if I needed anything or to make sure my food was ok. I watched her pleasantly greet and serve everyone but me. I felt completely ignored. I got up paid for my food with my credit card and I was so upset I didnt leave a tip. The next day, to my surprise, I reviewed my money transactions online and saw that additional money was taken from my bank account by Huddlehouse. I am furious about this and I plan to take this complaint as far as possible so that this doesnt happen to the next customer. I was treated rudely and robbed from one your employees and something must be done immediately!!! The manager Antonio Byno has not called me back. This location is at 500 E Main St. Senatobia, MS. This was a horrible experience at my favorite restaurant and I will never return. This will be reported to the BBB. User's recommendation: Don’t go to this location.
