I have a problem with a company that supposedly sends down write ups from corporate HR three weeks after the alleged incident without even speaking with the accused. Then HR refuses to address the issue with the employee in question. Instead, he is informed that HR will not contact him, or give him any information. Seems like a bit of a railroad job. I would think that there should be some recourse or standard protocol for situations such as this.
