Employee Harassement

Today I was harassed by an employee at Freshco, McCowan and Ellesmere. As I approached the cart area to get a cart, a man aggressively came right in my face. He shouted this. "Can't you see I am putting these carts away". "Go get another one." I was shocked at his aggressive behavior and told him I did not see what he was doing. Again he shouted " Get another cart". At that point I felt, as a customer that I was being harassed by this employee. He may have been putting the carts back in their position. That I did not see as I approached. His Demeanor his physical aggressiveness and tone of voice were appalling. I said, I was sorry, but that was not good enough for him. Again, he got closer to me in a more aggressive way. I backed off and told him, "Isn't the customer right". He said "No. The customer is not always right". I went to seek out a manager. When the manager was paged on the intercom. The individual in question ran through the store looking for the manager so he could explain the situation first. I prevented that by following him. Eventually the manager came to me and I explained the situation, He said he would talk to the owner. This is not customer service I expect as a long time customer. Customer service is so important today. Hopefully my multiple posts in Google reviews, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter will show the owner that employees like this should be terminated.
