My son got hit in the face and cut his chin while sledding. He was taken to Austin MN "ER." It took me almost an hour to get there. I found him still crying in the waiting room holding a dirty fast food napkin from the floor of the car on his wound. No ice pack, no pain management, no sterile gauze. Needless to say, we left and went to St Mary's. I did submit a formal complaint, but never heard anything back.
