Emergency plumbing issue

Valve of shower fixture blown in able turn of water unless whole house water is off going on 24hrs told I would have to wait another 24 hrs User's recommendation: Don't get this insurance nothing but delays and bad service poor contract requirements and over charged me for services not rendered.
