Emergency outage at my father’s home, he is a heart patient.

My father has been without electricity for the past three days. He has serious heart problems. I have called the emergency number, waited over an hour, only to be told that Oncor couldn't do anything about the outage. He must have power restored ASAP. Three days without power, lost of food in the refrigerator, heat in sub-zero temperatures is not good for an 79 year old heart patient. He had major heart surgery a few years ago and still has major complications. User's recommendation: Make notes of who, and when you spoken to.
