I called paramedics and he was transferred to French hospital and then to American hospital of Paris for heart surgery. When I email GCT to cancel my river cruise for the following day it was denied as they travel counselor (Stephanie ORN) and later on HARRIET spoke woman said they require 3 months notice to cancel a trip and they will not reimburse nor will give any credit for my $7900.00 payment. EMERGENCY MEDICAL DOES NOT EXIST IN THEIR VOCABULARY. Will not travel again and if you consider future trip read this.
