These people keep telling me somebody else in my family is using the email I keep trying to put in my profile. I am the only person in my family that can have a profile. Also, nobody on this planet has my email name. I checked. And another thing, All my claims are processing as point of service when I go to my Primary Care Provider. I get the bill in the mail an it's always screwed up. I have to stop what I'm doing and call Claims Department before it gets my credit report screwed up.I guess this is what you get when you contract with the lowest bidder. The lowest service!!!!
