I signed up for the National Car Rental Emerald Club a few months ago. I filled out the forms in English. Any information I have received from them is in french only. There isn't even a translate button to change it to English. I have complained multiple times and I actually got one response. The fix was promised but not followed up upon. You cannot reach them by e-mail without 20 minutes of filling out forms and you cannot reply to their e-mails. You cannot call them without endless button pressing. Customers seem to be secondary to their business model. They lost out on a 2 week European rental as we rented from the competitor. All of their e-mails now go to junk.
