Email explanation needed

I just received an email asking me if I did or did not receive my order or if I cancelled. I have ordered from Annie cloth but I cant find anything on my Pay pal account. I have no order #, no invoice no tracking, nothing. Is there another name besides Annie cloth? I dont even know the total of my order. Pleas help me get this straightened out.
