To make it simple,,I asked for a 30day payoff...because I know sending the last payment was going to take at least a 10 to 15 days.!!!!! I paid the *** off!!!!!!!!!.then they say it was 10 day payoff!!!!!!instead of what I asked for a 30 day payoff...second they never fixed the *** recliner I had so much trouble with,, they never gave me back my delivery charges back the 80.00$..on the delivery charges..i have all my paperwork..and I paid for that property damage Insurance..and it was to cover over the time of the loan....so where is my refund on the insurance on the months of it since I paid it off early!!!!!.that recliner still sits here in my back room..it cannot be used, because it is a dangerous to set in!!!!1000,00$$$ recliner not being used for almost 2 years..m.im VERY pissed...i had settled over 1 1/2 ago,, and now is screwing my excellent credit score... User's recommendation: Don't buy anything from them, they don't honor you as a customer!!!!just steal and lie...lie.
