We placed an order for lights, and they wound up being too large for the room. When we went to return the packages, we got hit with a restocking fee of 35%. Read the fine print on their conditions and terms, which of course we did not do. They charge you 35% restocking fee, and do not compromise. We got screwed out of $500+ on the order. Lamps Plus does NOT do that, much better service, they were kind and followed up to make sure we are happy. Avoid EliteHomeStyle.com. I am so pissed that this is the first time I have ever taken the time to post something online.
