I was laid of from my job Jan 31, 2021. My claim was processed March 11, 2021. I have left numerous voice mails and sent many emails, to both the DOL and Commissioner Mark Butler. I never get a response. I emailed ask 11 alive and the said they contacted the DOL and I should be hearing from them soon and that was almost 2 months ago. I emailed constituents office of Governor Kemp and they responded they were forwarding my concern to DOL and should hear from them. I emailed Clark Howard. I know that I am eligible for UI and it is unreasonable that it takes more than 3 months to determine eligibility. The offices are still closed even though Georgia has reopened, but it is impossible to get a response from anyone. Please help. Thank you, Mimi Gabriel
