Elephant peek-a- boo

I order it back in May on the 13 2018 for a twin baby shower in this month Sept. I had order 2 because it is for twin boys they had no trouble taking the payment but never got my order the # 284591 is my order number I have send the all kinds of messages but no awnser back and no peek a boo elephants now I have to go get a new baby shower gift for twins
