Update by user Dec 04, 2020 Nothing resolved yet Original review posted by user Nov 04, 2020 I was using the xxl griddle and started smelling plastic, I turned it off and unplugged it from the griddle and the contact hole was melted! Could have caused a fire !! They contacted me via email and said to mail the cord to them to determine a warranty fix. They said they no longer have replacement griddles, but possibly mail me a new cord, or reimbursement for the griddle User's recommendation: Don't buy this, poorly engineered.
