Electricity is out

We have been out of electricity since 2 o' clock this morning!! Tried calling n cannot get through to anyone .it is saying that the lines r busy. This is wrong in this freezing temperature n u no people cannot get out to drive with all the snow. Oncor needs to hurry up n fix the problem. ASAP.
