Update by user Jul 26, 2021 I talked to HP at length with case and complaint numbers. Costco Concierge didn't helpThey are not good to old people. They do not care that old people are not computer savvy. Original review posted by user Jul 26, 2021 the agent in the escalation dept taunted me that I 'should trust someone sometime'...when I didn't want to send my unit with my info in the internal drive. (Elder Abuse) Then he told me...several times...to take it (I'm disabled) to the Geek Squad ..from Best Buy..I told him I bought it at Costco. Costco has no such service. So I would have to spend money with no recap.no repair. User's recommendation: Do not buy HP anymore...they used to be good...no more.
