Hi, For last 20 days, there is no 3G signal in my location. I have already informed to the customer care but no action taken place, so many people wasted lot of money by recharging 3G plans without knowing .. please take action for this one...I have sent an email and now they have completely abandoned my mail id and stopped replying my mails. I really got frustrated with their service which they offer. And I just want everyone to know this. Hope this helps! Thanks, Rebecca
