EGift card

My son send me a gift card from amazon from red lobster in the amount of $100.The email was deleted.I called amazon,they were unable to resend the gift card,they said I had to talk to red lobster.All that red lobster has done is provide me 1-800 phone numbers in which I dont get to speak to anyone.I have the order number.All I want is my gift card.
