EF Tours cancelled my daughter's high school tour in May 2020 and is keeping $1000 for their 'expenses'. I understand they may have incurred some non-refundable fees on their side BUT NOT $1000 PER STUDENT! I understand that's their harsh refund policy if WE cancel, but THEY cancelled and can't expect to profit! Despicable! EF TOURS - REFUND OUR STUDENTS' MONEY!
