I have called Edgepark 3/3, 3/5, 3/9, 3/16, 3/18. I have been trying to get my 91 year old father his Libre sensor kits. I have been on the phone with Edgepark for hours over this. On my first call 3/3/21, they have told me it will be expedited. On 3/18, they claim they are waiting for the Dr. They say they faxed the information, the Dr. never received anything from Edgepark. I will be calling Aetna to complain User's recommendation: Never use Edgrpark.
