Horrible customer service. Get lied to about when parts will ship. Dummy shipment confirmation emails without real shipment tracking. USPS tracking info is stuck at Status Not Known/Confirmed/Updated, etc. Wish I had found these reviews before buying from them in the USA. Apparently, they are way better in the UK. Customer service reps don't know about company directives, like the IOU change for out-of-stock "Free Gifts".
