Ecopayz – Potential SCAM or just a very poor wallet

1

I'm a marketing company and I got several payments from the same client into several wallets like Paysera, Transferwise and Ecopayz. While I was always getting the money on time at Paysera and Transferwise, Ecopayz never credited my account without the need from me to remind them doing so. They have all kind of excuses but bottom line is that the other wallets are crediting the funds and with Ecopayz you need to work hard in front of their poor customer and finance team until they will decide to credit your funds although the money is with them long before. The last time was a new record, I was angry on them because I was waiting more than a week since they got the money but didn't credited my account and they still didn't do nothing. It feels like that if I'll not remind them to credit the account they will simply steal the funds. They are not sending an email like "you have an income wire transfer but in order to credit it to your account we're asking for further info", they simply ignore and not crediting unless you'll remind them doing so again and again and again. When I reminded them (not very politely) to credit my account as I'm sick from reminding them each time, they suspended my account asking for the contract agreement between me and the client. Once again, this is the same client I was already got several payments from supplying them with all the relevant docs. They are simply trying to punish me for being angry on their poor service. Here is the exact email I got from them: "Dear Alin, According to the Terms of Service ecoPayz may limit access to your Account (including without limitation, placing a hold on funds in your Account, limiting your ability to send or redeem, transfer or withdraw electronic money from your Account, limiting your payment sources). This is to inform you that we have temporarily suspended bank wire transfers as a funding option on your account. In order to activate this option we need an agreement between Capital Union Group and Media Magnets Ltd. Also please note: we reserve the right to request an additional transaction supporting documentation/agreements in case you will receive 3rd party transfers from other entities. Best regards, ecoPayz Risk Team " Once again, this is not the first time I'm getting the money from this client and I already supplied them with the relevant docs before. They either lost it because they are very unorganized company, either they are trying to punish me because I wrote an aggressive email reminding them (Again) to credit my account or and the most scary option is that it's a complete scam and they intend on stealing my funds. I replied them (Again) with all the relevant docs they require (which I already sent them in the past). I'll update in here with their response hoping they will not steal my funds. In case Ecopayz is a SCAM I will keep posting here my actions to get the funds back including the lawyer company who can help exactly for those cases. I hope we'll not get there but for all of you out there always remember that with such a poor wallet like Ecopayz you should be prepared for the worst.
