I purchased an item which has been tracked back to their own warehouse. I have asked to either receive the item or refund my $. EBTH will not do either !!! They are keeping the item & my $. They said because I filed a dispute. That’s my RIGHT as a consumer . They will not allow the consumer to contact the CEO’s office or ANY officer of the orginization . EBTH is a total sham!!! Thieves & immoral !!!!
