I placed an order on monday june 9, 2014 (#51-330231) at 9:27am. If you place an order before 3pm it ships same day. When I placed the order I called back tues because i didnt get an email saying my order shipped and was told it should definitely ship between wed and thurs. I called on friday upset that my order didnt ship.l spoke to supervisor stephanie who was rude nasty and mean and was giving me all types of excuses and on top of it hung up the phone me. She didnt like that I was unhappy with the customer service and lies I was given. I called back for my order to be canceled, I was severely unhappy and will never ever order with them again.
