I bought a laptop's part from Imetroshop (Eday seller)to repair my laptop but received a wrong part. Imetroshop is located in Hong Kong. imetroshop@***.com I feedback to the seller and the seller agreed to resend the correct item from his email reply but the items did not arrived after waiting a few weeks on the item. Imetroshop lie about resending the item and giving excuses that it was lost in the mail. I have tried working to resolved the problem but unsuccessful. Now I don't received any response anymore. Now I know Imetroshop has no customer support for any of their sale items if you the buyer received wrong or defective items. Always Buy local.
