This company sucks!!! Homedepot SHOULD BE ASHSAMED AND FIRE THEM ASAP BEFORE THEY LOSE CUSTOMERS due to their *** SERVICE!!! eBarnett.com website {{Redacted}} that didn't work and their PHONE customer service SUCKED ROYALLY!!! We needed help with an order since their website didn't work, and their customer service HUNG UP on us when we needed help placing an order!!! One of the worst recent customer services experiences I have ever had with a Company. Update your systems, or CLOSE YOUR DOORS!!! BEWARE, DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT HOME DEPOT & THEIR SERVICE SUCKS!!!
