I purchased a bottle of the Liz Claiborne perfume from Walmart for $19.97 after a couple of tries with the lid; it tends to stick. The lid had a gooey stuff which is sticky; so I left the lid off. Walmart suggested I email you since this has been a problem in the past. I tried to rub alcohol on the outside of the top thinking this would help to no avail. I was wondering since this bottle seems defective if you could replace it.
