I had a great experience with Steve and his subcontractors. We contacted several companies looking to install a pool. Many of the companies did not even return phone calls. Others were not interested because of our budget. Steve with Metroplex not only was the best at communication and helped us through the process from start to finish but was friendly to work with. Metroplex works with very competent installers that kept us informed every step of the way. They begun the dig on a Wednesday and by the following Tuesday the whole project was complete. The final price was about 800 more than the original quote - but this was only because we asked for additional concrete. No surprises.
