Easily the worst service provider ever!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Their online payment systems crashed and I had to cancel my order because of it. I contacted PickupFlowers with the exact error message which was displayed on screen, but they continued to insist nothing was wrong. I contacted my bank multiple times to confirm it wasn't my card or account that was the problem. I had placed an additional order, but they delivered it to the incorrect address. It's day's late and they still haven't delivered, and the special occasion I ordered flowers for is long past!! So I may as well have not even bothered at all... This company is completely incompetent and I don't trust that my credit card or personal information is handled securely! The error's that I saw on their checkout/payment page are not friendly errors, but sensitive information about the payment systems. This information can be used by hackers to breach their systems and to steal your private information!!! The service is non-existent, their systems have serious flaws in them and your private information is not safe... DO NOT USE THEM!! Go and spend your money with someone else who can deliver on what they are selling! You're going to pay about as much anyway...
