Due to the situation we are going thru with the "Coronavirus" I had to take the decision to cancel the process on buying my house, so I asked Amanda Wolf if there was a way to get the earnest money back if not the whole amount at least some of it, and she said no. I asked for the office or a manager number so I could ask and she direct me with my realtor which I found very disrespectful as she is the one that works for Ashton Woods directly and not my realtor. I understand that your policy is not to return it but on the circumstances the entire country is going and knowing that for that reason I cancel I think that there should be another solution to this matter
