Earnest money disbursement ethics complaint

2

Legal counsel Barbara Willis in Arizona promised in writing to split earnest money 50/50 after an unscrupulous investor walked away from a purchase offer and threatened to pull business from Fidelity. I have contacted her, the escrow supervisor, and the legal VP Sadowski and everyone in the company refuses to act on my details. Looks like I will be going to court as the company does not value its customers. I paid for a mediation that went nowhere and yet Fidelity decided to play God and decide in favor of the investor without a reason for their decision, despite my attorney's shock at their behavior. I have emails to support my claim and yet, they refuse to look into the situation. The consumer has no voice for this monopoly. I'm going with Pioneer Title on my next transaction.
