E-gift card cancelled

I purchased an E-gift card and received a receipt. One minute later I received an email stating that the order had been cancelled, with no reason given. I called customer service and they said I could try to place the order again tomorrow. However, my money has not been refunded. User's recommendation: Online service and customer service for this company are not worth the trouble.
