For the third time in a month the self checkout register at the Dillons in Winfield, Kansas has failed to acknowledge the e coupons I had loaded onto my smartphone. This time it happened to be for the 99 cent General Mills cereal on special Saturday, today. In the past I have shown the cashier that the coupons were indeed loaded onto my smartphone and they have done a manuel over ride to correct the problem. Unfortunately today Vincent was the cashier in charge. I suggested that he get someone to show him how to do that. Instead he told me to go through the process again and left me to help another customer. Same problem. Snagged another cashier, same problem. Left after 15 minutes in checkout lane minus groceries.
