E-cigs draining my checking account

I, to signed up for introductory e-cig and used my checking account,stupidly. I got billed and kept first package. afew weeks later, they again got into my account, and several days after, got a e-mail that they were shipping-after they got into my account. I tracked my return shipment which shows they recieved my return, a week ago and they have not debited my account. We need to sue before they leave the country. Now Iguess my only out is to close my cecking account, which will be a nuisance. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. These people are theives. Lee
