I have purchased a Dyson corrale last Feb 6, it's a complimentary gift edition which includes a paddle and detangling brush. But after a few days they called me informing me that the there's no stocks available for the gift edition which makes me disappointed, why on earth they are advertising it in the website when there's no sure stocks. Instead of cancelling i have agreed to replace it with a Purple color w/o the freebies, which they have confirmed that will be delivered 2 to 3 days after they have confirmed the stocks with their warehouse. Then, i have called again after 3 days and now they are saying that there's system issue that preventing them to delivered the stocks or they dont have stocks at all. which frustrates me again and again. Why on JUMBO website -you can still order the items when in fact there's no stocks????
