DVRs aren’t reliable

Update by user Feb 18, 2020 I received one email eventually after a week. There was a language barrier and the effort was poor. I responded again and learned they were impacted to Coronavirus. No response since. Original review posted by user Jan 19, 2020 I bought two different systems. The first DVR stopped functioning just at the 1yr mark. I had purchased a warranty from the store I bought it from so I was given a new system. I had to pay for install again. The new system the DVR failed after just a few days. Customer service does not reply even though I am in 1 yr manufacturers warranty where they are supposed to replace.
